Saint Peter's Healthcare System seeks a Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic RN Per Diem to deliver direct patient care in the pediatric ambulatory setting. The role involves assessment, planning and evaluation of individualized care, and supervision of the health team as needed.

You will educate patients and families, ensure safe discharge planning, and maintain standards of care in alignment with NJ Board of Nursing and ANA guidelines.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• One year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the health status of assigned patients according to Nursing Standards.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care based on assessment and Plan of Care.
• Provide direct patient care or supervise health team members to ensure proper care.
• Educate patients and families about health and care plans.
