UBMD Pediatrics in Buffalo, NY, is actively recruiting a Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist to expand Allergy/Immunology services at Golisano Children’s Hospital. The position involves consultations and care for infants and children with severe allergies and immunologic diseases, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will contribute to the Allergy/Immunology Fellowship and medical student teaching, with protected time and resources to pursue scholarly work and external

Qualifikationen

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree required.
• Board-certified in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine and Board-certified or Board-eligible in Allergy/Immunology.
• Leadership experience and scholarly activity are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Teach allergy/immunology fellows, rotating residents and medical students.
• Provide consultations, management and planning for infants and children with severe allergies and immunologic disease.
• Participate in education conferences and curriculum development for fellows and junior faculty.
• Pursue scholarly work and external funding opportunities as physician-scientist career development.
