Job summary

Pediatric Associates in South Florida is seeking a full-time Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist to join our expanding allergy and immunology subspecialty in Hialeah and Ives Estates. The role offers opportunities to work with a strong internal referral network and utilize an integrated EHR system for efficient patient care.

Join a collaborative team of three Pediatric Allergists and contribute to teaching Advanced Practice Providers, while delivering high-quality pediatric allergy and immunology

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and board-eligible/certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology within five years of training.
• ACGME/AOA pediatrics residency completed.
• Fellowship in Allergy/Immunology completed.
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.
• BLS required; PALS as required for hospital appointments.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-spectrum allergy/immunology including food allergies, asthma, eczema, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, drug allergies and immunology evaluations.
• Minimal call responsibilities and no inpatient hospital consults.
• Join a collaborative team of three Pediatric Allergists.
• Teach and mentor Advanced Practice Providers.
• In-office procedures: skin testing, oral food challenges, spirometry, exhaled nitric oxide testing, allergen immunotherapy, biologic therapies.
