Job summary

St. Luke's CARES program in Twin Falls is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support children and families during vulnerable moments, delivering trauma-informed medical evaluations and connecting families with needed supports.

The role features two dedicated clinic days per week, about 10 on-call days per month, and onboarding travel to Boise during the first 5–6 months; pediatric experience preferred and a culture focused on collaborative, developmentally appropriate care.
