Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Pediatric ABA Champion / RBT in Minneapolis, KS to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

The role starts as part-time with the option for professional advancement within a supportive clinical team. Candidates must hold RBT certification and a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor while helping children with Autism progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Demonstrates patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
