Job summary

BK Behavior seeks qualified individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data electronically, and collaborate with families to support independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time hours with potential for professional advancement within a supportive clinical team. Training is provided, and flexibility is offered to accommodate schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community based locations.
• All positions start off part time; six-month commitment expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
