Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Pediatric Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in Hiawatha, KS. This part-time role offers paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours to fit student schedules.

No prior experience required; you will complete the 40-hour RBT course and join a supportive clinical team providing one-on-one ABA services and progress data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation to homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
