We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused PDEL Driver to support our Service and Parts Departments by transporting vehicles and parts between dealership locations, vendors, and customers as needed. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth daily operations and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable driving various vehicle types.
Safely drive dealership vehicles to and from vendors, customers, auctions, or other locations as assigned.
Transport parts, paperwork, or vehicles to support Service and Parts operations.
Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after transport and report any damage or issues.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and dealership driving policies.
Communicate clearly with Service, Parts, and Management regarding delivery status or delays.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of transport vehicles.
Assist with vehicle movement on the lot or service drive as needed.
Support additional operational tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Strong time management and reliability.
Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
A combination of driving, outdoor, and dealership environments.
Frequent vehicle operation and movement throughout the day.
Exposure to varying weather conditions.
Standard Monday–Friday schedule; occasional extended hours as needed.
