Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans for ongoing growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching are provided for all staff.
• Ensures ongoing safety compliance by all department employees.
