Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring items are presented and alphabetized on the floor.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices.
• Adhere to all store policies including attendance and confidentiality.
