Job summary

Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate at our Lancaster, PA store. You’ll deliver exceptional service, support store operations, and help maintain a visually ready environment during peak times. The role is hourly, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll work with a diverse team to create an inclusive shopping experience and uphold Sephora standards. Experience in retail or client-facing roles is preferred.
