TBR Courier LLC is seeking dependable, independent delivery drivers for peak-season Walmart routes in Minnesota. You will operate dedicated routes, meet daily deadlines, and use a delivery app to manage stops.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and safety while providing a fixed daily rate. Contractors must own or access a qualifying vehicle and be available Oct 2026 through Jan 2027, with a potential long-term transition after peak.

Dedicated Walmart Delivery Drivers – Peak Season

$250/Day Flat Rate | Dedicated Routes | Commercial Vehicle Required

TBR Courier LLC is hiring reliable, professional independent contractor delivery drivers for dedicated Walmart routes during the upcoming peak season.

These are dedicated routes picking up from an assigned Walmart location and delivering to customers throughout the surrounding area.

PEAK SEASON

• Start: Beginning of October 2026
• End: Beginning of January 2027
• Potential for a permanent dedicated route after peak
• Routes operate 7 days per week
• We are looking for dependable drivers who can take ownership of a dedicated route and maintain consistent attendance throughout peak season.

COMPENSATION

Flat Rate: $250 PER DAY

The daily rate is the same regardless of route volume.

• 3 stops = $250
• 30 stops = $250
• 80 stops = $250

You are paid the full $250 daily flat rate for completing your assigned route.

AVAILABLE ROUTES

10:00 AM Start

• Fridley – 3 routes
• Blaine – 5 routes
• Brooklyn Park – 3 routes
• Maple Grove – 5 routes

2:00 PM Start

• Roseville – 5 routes
• Eden Prairie – 3 routes
• Rochester – 1 route
• Brooklyn Park – 1 route

26 dedicated routes available.
These are filled on a first come first serve basis!!

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

You must own or have consistent access to an appropriate commercial delivery vehicle, including:

• Sprinter Van
• Cargo Van
• Ford Transit
• Ford Transit Connect
• Ram ProMaster
• Ram ProMaster City
• Similar commercial cargo/delivery vehicle

Personal sedans and standard passenger vehicles do not qualify for these routes.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?

This is not a traditional per-package or per-stop delivery position. You receive a guaranteed flat route rate of $250 per completed day, regardless of whether your route has a light or heavy delivery day.

Drivers who perform well during peak season may have the opportunity to transition into a long-term dedicated route after peak ends.
