Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc. is seeking part-time coaches to lead elementary-age classes (5–10) in the Bay Area. You’ll work 1 hour per session, 2–5 hours weekly, with sessions 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, and possibly 30 minutes pre-care. Equipment is provided and you’ll attend a brief training before starting.

Pay is $50–$65 per session, with local in-person work requiring reliable transportation and vaccination plus background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive, active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
• Submit a short biography and photo for website introduction.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
