POSITION: Senior Analyst, PE Co-investing

LOCATION: Austin, TX

Our client is seeking a new investment professional to join their growing PE team. In this role, you will work with the PE team in underwriting, investing, and managing new and existing co-investments across the PE portfolio. While this role is primarily focused on co-investments, the professional will also spend a portion of their time working with and alongside the fund investment team on fund investments, including relationship coverage. You will have a unique opportunity to work with leading global investors across a wide variety of private equity strategies, industries, and regions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence analysis of potential PE investment opportunities: reviewing detailed company info, conducting in-depth industry analysis, modeling, valuation analyses, etc.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to the team
• Assisting with monitoring of the investment portfolio

Qualifications
