Job summary

Clayton Services in Houston, TX seeks a Technical Civil / Structural Engineer to support infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects. You will perform structural analysis, develop documentation, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD and structural software is expected to support design and site activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 4 years of civil and structural engineering experience.
Experience performing structural design, construction support, and engineering documentation required.

Responsibilities

Develop structural designs, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation for infrastructure and industrial projects.
Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures.
Design foundations and support systems while evaluating loads and site conditions.
Prepare project plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and supporting engineering documentation.
Review calculations, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with codes.
Coordinate project deliverables with engineers, designers, drafters, and stakeholders.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking.
