Job summary

Mrjohnpit is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our field team. The role involves loading, unloading, delivering and installing products, coordinating with the PDI Team, and ensuring quality and safety on job sites. You will handle on-site movement, set-up, QA checks, and daily vehicle checks while meeting customer service expectations.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and 1+ year in a delivery/install role. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and DOT Physical.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to shift, lift and push 50-150 pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to use a hand truck to help maneuver portable toilet units.
• Detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills.
• One or more years in a Delivery/Install-related role with problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality service to customers when delivering, installing, and picking up products.
• Handle loading/unloading on site by liftgate, by hand, or with provided tools; set up and level products; perform QA checks.
• Complete all assigned service appointments and communicate with the PDI Team.
• Keep appointment progress updated and coordinate with the PDI Team for additional instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment as directed and follow safety protocols.
• Report safety hazards and incidents promptly to department leaders.
• Complete pre/post trip checks daily to ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Check in at start/end of shift for further instructions.
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• May work evenings and weekends as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Delivery Driver

FLSA: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Job Description:

The Delivery Driver plays a pivotal role in the success of our PDI team, including the loading, unloading, maneuvering, and pickup and delivery of our Product offerings. Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for providing productive, safe, and quality work in the field. This Role frequently works with the Product Maintenance Team, PDI Team, and customers on the job sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide timely, and quality service to customers when Delivering, Installing, and Picking up products.
• Delivery and Pickup of products to include unloading/loading on site by Liftgate, Placing the Product by Hand, or Tools Provided, Set-up and Leveling, and performing QA Checks for Cleanliness and Repairs.
• Complete all assigned service appointments, communicating throughout the day with the PDI Team.
• Keep appointment progress updated in real time, and work with PDI Team to receive additional instructions.
• Use personal protective equipment and clothing as directed and provided.
• Work in a safe manner as required and use proper safety equipment
• Report any safety hazards, accidents/incidents, and customer concerns in a timely manner to department leaders.
• Complete Pre and Post Trips Daily to remain compliant and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Check In at Beginning and End of Shift with department leaders for further instruction.
  
• Keep vehicle Clean, Organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• May be required to work evenings and weekends.
• All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform extensive standing, driving, and walking; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to transport and stock assigned supplies and materials; to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials.
• Must be able to work outdoors in both extremely hot and cold weather.
• Must be able to drive a CMV.
