Qualifications

• 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry RN experience required
• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred; ability to manage care for patients with acute cardiac, vascular, and thoracic needs

Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with acute cardiac, vascular and thoracic needs.
• Manage post-operative care for open heart surgeries, stents, devices and ablations.
• Administer antiarrhythmic medications and manage heart failure patients.
• Care for patients undergoing post-vascular and thoracic surgeries.
• Monitor cardiac drips and interpret dysrhythmias; telemetry monitoring required.
• Start and maintain intravenous lines; ensure patient safety and comfort.
