Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Staff RN for 4 South Telemetry. This full-time role offers 36 hours weekly across 3 shifts, including every 3rd weekend rotation and a rotating holiday schedule.

Unit provides intermediate-level care for adult and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses (stroke, COPD, heart failure, post-surgical) in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow with our telemetry team.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• BCLS required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS required within six months for experienced staff, and within one year for new graduate nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level care for adult and geriatric patients on the telemetry unit.
• Serve as care coordinator and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a patient- and family-centered care approach.

Education

Active Kentucky Nursing License

BCLS Certification

ACLS within 6 months (experienced) / 1 year (new grads)
