Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality, safe patient care. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, active state RN licensure, and CPR certification.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing and will oversee staff, ensure safety and infection control, and coordinate discharge planning. Sign-on bonus available based on eligibility and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current license to practice as a nurse in the state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.
• Supervise staff to ensure safe care delegation and maintain infection control standards.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the medical regimen for optimal discharge outcomes.
• Support hospital emergency protocols and perform assigned roles during emergencies or disasters.
