The role requires an Associate’s in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), active RN license, and BLS certification. Night shift, strong teamwork, and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS certification required
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak) required
• Ability to perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced unit

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocol.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and maintain clear documentation.
