AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a compassionate CNA/PCT to join our day shift team. This role supports patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and participates in maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required).
• 1+ applicable PCT experience preferred.
• Previous bedside patient care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Assists in the delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Documents and reports all procedures in accordance with department policy.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
