Job summary

Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and patient care on the day shift. You will answer phones, coordinate patient transport, scan medical records, and assist RNs with direct and indirect care.

Candidates must hold NC CNA 1, BLS, and complete required certifications within defined timelines; previous CNA experience is preferred. This is a full-time role (0.9 FTE) requiring adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA 1 certification.

• NCI within 90 days.

• CNA 1 will attend CNA 1 + 4 within 6 months of hire.
