Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Patient Care Tech for the Miami Valley North facility. You will work in the Patient Care Unit 3, supporting nurses with daily patient care tasks in a 7AM-7:30PM shift (36 hours/week).

You’ll perform checks of vital signs, assist with mobility, and help with activities of daily living. Training includes obtaining a BLS CPR certificate during orientation; no prior experience is required but relevant training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS CPR certificate required (training available at orientation).
• No prior job experience required, with one of: STNA/CNA/PCT training; past patient care; nursing clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Check temperature, heartbeat, and breathing.
• Help patients move, get dressed, and eat.
• Collect samples like urine.
• Report any changes in a patient’s condition to a nurse.
• Assist with patient walks, hygiene, weighing patients, and vitals.
