Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX is seeking a PCS Operation Supervisor to direct Exhaust Maintenance Technicians, provide coaching, and ensure safe, reliable maintenance that aligns with KPI goals.

You will coordinate with PCS and ABM management, manage resources, oversee SOPs, and participate in training, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years advanced education toward an associate degree or higher.
• 1–2 years SAS semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with LPCD diffusion furnaces is a plus.
• Must follow SOP and demonstrate lean principles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct resources to perform routine PM on exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair seals found as leakers per SOP.
• Coordinate with PCS and ABM management on issues.
• Maintain certifications and safety across exhaust maintenance.
• Manage resources, PTO, and shift standards; assist backups.
• Perform AAR on failures and contribute to KPI attainment.
• Attend weekly PCS Ops meetings and support TPM initiatives.
