GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a student in the Applications Engineering function to contribute to Energy Storage initiatives for Datacenters and Utility-Scale Storage.

You will work with seasoned engineers to shape how energy storage technologies are applied across data infrastructure and grid-supporting projects. Qualifications

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)

• Supportthe development of system configurations for Energy Storage System applications in datacenter and utility-scale projects
• Assistin calculating and analyzing energy storage performance scenarios to evaluate sizing constraints
• Researchemerging energy storage technologies, market trends, and industry standards to support application engineering decisions
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and engineering to contribute to customer-facing technical content
• Participatein technical discussions and help document site requirements and use-case needs
• Help preparetechnical presentations, application guides, and internal reports for stakeholders

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Current enrollment in aBachelor's or Master's degree programin Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field
• Foundational knowledgeof electrical systems, power electronics, or energy conversion principles demonstrated through coursework or prior experience
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Availableto commit to a full-time internship schedule for the designated program term
• Eligible to workin the United States for this internship without requiring any sponsorship by GEV

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $21 and $34/hr.
