Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. has a Portsmouth, Virginia based PCMS Tile Installer position open. The role requires a White Badge PCMS Tile Certification, 6 months of PCMS installation/removal experience, and at least 1 year of shipboard work.

Local candidates with no criminal record and the ability to read technical drawings are preferred. Typical day runs 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Sunday, with potential overtime and weekend work. Pay is $25/hour based on experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for a PCMS Tile Installer position in Portsmouth Virginia!

Qualifications:

Must have a PCMS Tile Certification (White Badge)Must have 6 months of verifiable experience with PCMS installation and removal. Must be local Must have at least 1 year of shipboard experience. Must have no criminal record. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and job specifications. Strong understanding of adhesives, fasteners, and insulation installation techniques. Familiarity with tools used in tile work such as utility knives, straight edges, tape measures, drills, and adhesives. Comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, scaffolding, and in variable shipboard environments.

Job Duties entail but are not limited to:

Prepares surfaces for the application of PCMS tile.Knowledge of the processes and procedures necessary for the proper removal of old materials with minimal damage to surrounding materials.Uses prescribed tools for shaping and fitting sheet and tile type materials using required glues and adhesives.
