Job summary

Intellectt Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an onsite PCIS Engineer (Controls and Instrumentation Engineer) to support a process plant environment. You will troubleshoot power and control systems, repair electrical components, and implement approved process or equipment changes.

You will own system responsibilities for equipment, perform breakdown elimination, and participate in vendor and project meetings. After-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer for industrial plants (on-site).
• Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands-on experience in instrument selection.
• Selection and design of controls and hardware for process plant instrumentation.
• Instrumentation knowledge and experience - setup, calibration, adjustments, etc.
• Fisher Valves, Micro Motion Flowmeters, Rosemount transmitters, E+H flowmeters/transmitters, Rockwell control and communication systems and Allen-Bradley VFDs.
• Prepare Instrument Datasheets, IO Lists, Instrument List, Wiring Diagrams and Engineering Information.
• Knowledge in PLC and SCADA systems for industrial networks.
• Trained and qualified in NFPA70E requirements.

Skills Required:

• Should have worked as an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer developing engineering design packages for industrial plants.
• Should have Knowledge in specifying process plant instruments and hands on experience in selection of instrumentation.
• Selection and design of controls and hardware for control and monitoring process plant instrumentation.
• Instrumentation knowledge and experience - set-up, calibration verification, adjustments, etc.
• Fisher Valves, Micro Motion Flowmeters, Rosemount transmitters, E+H Flowmeters and Transmitter, Rockwell control and communication system and Allen Bradly VFDs
• Prepare Instrument Datasheets, IO Lists, Instrument List, Wiring Diagrams and Engineering Information.
