Job summary

bp is seeking a PCI Compliance Analyst for North America to support and maintain the organization's PCI DSS program. You will work with business units, the digital delivery team, the security team, and external assessors to ensure PCI DSS compliance, identify gaps, and drive remediation.

The role covers governance, audits, customer guidance, dashboards, and awareness initiatives. Up to 50% travel; hybrid Chicago or nearby location; total base pay range shown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
• One or more information security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISA, PCI ISA, PCIP, CISM).
• Practical knowledge of PCI DSS requirements.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with security processes such as vulnerability management, access management, logging and monitoring, encryption technologies, network segmentation, security incident management.

Responsibilities

• Support the PCI DSS compliance program and annual assessment activities.
• Drive up-to-date PCI DSS documentation and align with security policies.
• Create and maintain PCI scope, network, and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate evidence collection, audits, and remediate compliance gaps.
• Provide guidance on PCI requirements to customers and teams.
