Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Information Security Advisor (Cybersecurity PCI Compliance Advisor) within Information Security Risk Management to lead PCI DSS compliance activities across the enterprise. This role requires strong knowledge of PCI DSS controls, assessment readiness, evidence review, and stakeholder engagement.

The role partners with internal teams, external assessors, and leadership to maintain PCI compliance, support audit readiness, and strengthen payment security controls.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PCI DSS, PCI governance, risk management, and audit activities.
• Active or prior PCI ISA/QSA certification preferred.
• Familiarity with GRC, evidence management, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level engineering design functions and troubleshoot PCI-related issues.
• Support PCI governance activities, including policies, standards, procedures, control matrices, and evidence repositories.
• Develop testing plans to ensure quality of PCI control implementations.
• Support internal and external audits (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST) as required.
• Mentor analysts on PCI evidence quality and remediation.
