Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a PCI Compliance and Data Compromise Operations Associate within Global Card Operations. You will monitor, educate, and support stakeholders on Card Brand requirements, stay current on PCI trends, and facilitate communications during data compromise events.

You will act as a liaison between merchants and Card Brands to drive timely resolution of security incidents and maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• Experience with Merchant Services, Payments, and/or card networks.
• Client-facing and external partner-facing experience.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to identify common areas of risk and compliance vulnerability.
• Strong stakeholder management across organizations and borders.
• Initiative, independence, and ability to prioritize multiple complex situations.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to integrity, respect, excellence, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Continuously track and interpret Card Brand requirements for proactive security validations.
• Develop and deliver educational materials and guidance on PCI DSS compliance.
• Research security trends and PCI compliance updates.
• Lead calls during data compromise events and coordinate responses.
• Liaise between merchants and Card Brands to translate requirements into actions.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and incident response.
