Job summary

Randstad USA in Milpitas, CA is seeking candidates for electronic assembly as part of a major expansion, with opportunities for those skilled in PCB and/or clean room work.

The role covers color coding, loading, touch-up, soldering, and related assembly tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Evening shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with pay based on education and experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB assembly and related wiring tasks.
• Proficiency in following color codes and precise assembly.
• Familiarity with testing and inspection of assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and wiring as per specifications.
• Perform cable and harness assembly and soldering.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assemblies.
• Inspect bare boards, cables, and components.
• Operate precision tools and SMT/through-hole equipment.

We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering straight Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience.

Job Requirements

• Electronic Assembly: color code, component, loading, touch- up, commercial soldering, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly, point to point wiring;
• Cables: crimping, harness assembly, connector/wire soldering, cable prepping;
• Testing: cable & harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer;
• Inspection: bare board, systems, components, cable/harness, microscope, measuring tools;
• Machine Operations: automatic component insertion equipment, surface mount insertion equipment, wave soldering; Mechanical & Electrical Tools: power air guns, taps & dies, alignment tools, measuring tools

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only. Steel toes shoes required.
