Job summary

Precision Neuroscience in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking an Electrical Engineer PCB Layout to translate schematics into manufacturable layouts for state-of-the-art implantable electronics.

You will coordinate with fabrication vendors, ensure signal integrity, thermal performance, and design-for-manufacturing, while maintaining libraries and revision history. This on-site role requires US work authorization and a passion for high-quality medical devices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PCB layout fundamentals and multilayer board design.
• Experience with PCB stackup, controlled impedance, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Ability to interpret schematics and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate electrical schematics and system requirements into manufacturable PCB layouts.
• Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors on stackup, tolerances and DFM.
• Maintain PCB libraries and document layout decisions and revision history.
