Job summary

Hughes Circuits Inc. in California is seeking a motivated PCB Electrical Test Technician to join our Fabrication team onsite. You will create test programs, perform flying-probe tests, verify results, and conduct TDR impedance measurements on PCBs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Willingness to learn PCB testing processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read prints, travelers and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electrical test programs for PCBs.
• Set up and operate flying-probe test equipment.
• Perform electrical testing of PCBs and verify results against specs.
• Conduct TDR impedance measurements and document results.
• Review data and identify potential electrical or manufacturing issues.
• Troubleshoot test failures with Engineering and Production teams.
• Maintain accurate test records and documentation.
• Follow testing procedures and quality standards.
• Assist process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
