Job summary

Astronics seeks a senior PCB design engineer to lead complex mixed-signal boards for aerospace and test equipment. You will mentor junior designers and establish team best practices while delivering high-reliability layouts.

Role involves hands-on layout, library creation, and documentation per IPC standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the main technical contact for external suppliers. A flexible hybrid/remote arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on PCB layout experience in aerospace/defense.
• Proficiency in Altium, Cadence Allegro, or PADS; IPC-2221 and Class 3 requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; ability to teach and collaborate.

Responsibilities
