Job summary

This position is safety sensitive with pre-employment drug screening. The schedule is Shift 2, with a clean, well‑organized work environment and opportunities for skill development and cross-training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hardware or simple optics assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read prints, instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Read assembly prints, work instructions and specs for PCBs.
• Identify defects and suggest minor improvements to work instructions.
• Handle assembly tasks with care in a clean, safe area.
• Assemble PCBs and modules from samples and process sheets.
• Maintain accurate material control in the work area.
• Inspect own work and report issues promptly.
• Provide feedback to operations and support engineering as needed.
• Follow and document processes accurately.
• Mentor less skilled teammates as needed.
• Work with various tools to complete tasks.
