Job summary

Fairlawn Retirement Community in Ohio is seeking dedicated individuals to join our STNA training pathway. A Personal Care Assistant to CNA Sponsorship Program offers a value of $750 and prepares you for full or part-time roles within the Care Center.

Personal Care Assistant to CNA Sponsorship Program (Value $750)

Contingent to a guaranteed Full Time or Part Time Opportunities

• 1st Shift (6AM - 2:30PM) - 2nd Shift (2PM - 10:30PM) - 3rd Shift (10PM - 6:30AM)
• Shifts will vary based on facility needs at the time of interview
• Must be available to attend the class schedule and meet the training program criteria; Must be available to attend class as assigned and agreed upon -Limited Spots Available
• 8 hour shifts (Must be available to attend the class)
• Includes holiday and weekend rotation.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with residents and have the desire to advance their skill set. A STNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center. The ideal candidate must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Must also have patience, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
