Job summary

Fellowship Community in Whitehall, PA is seeking a PCA Team Leader for rotating 3-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. This onsite role offers hourly pay of $20–$21 plus benefits and additional perks such as scholarships up to $750 per semester and early access to earned wages.

You will supervise a team of caregivers, coordinate schedules, monitor care quality, and collaborate with other departments. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Familiarity with healthcare software preferred.
