LIFE-NWPA is seeking a Personal Care Aide for a 12-hour 3rd shift to support seniors in our care centers and homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities in a calm, team-focused environment.

Job Summary:
As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes.
This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands‑on work. You’ll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people‑centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.
Hourly Wage:
$15.90 /hr. to start – $16.90 /hr. after 90 days
