LIFE Northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in centers or their homes. You’ll join a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration and growth come first.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting care in Alaya Care, and following established routines. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow within the role.

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes.
This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands‑on work. You’ll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.
$15.90 /hr. to start – $16.90 /hr. after 90 days
Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.
