Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support clients with daily living activities, mobility and basic health tasks in a home-based setting.

Ideal candidates have a strong level of compassion, reliable communication, and the ability to coordinate with families, schools and healthcare providers. The role emphasizes quality of care, safety and respectful, patient-centered assistance.

Competenze

• State licensure or certification as required by state
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Current BLS Card
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Knowledge of child growth and development
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate services between home, school, local health agency, and other community resources
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in English may be required
• Computers proficiency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities:
