BAYADA is seeking caring individuals to join our Home Health Care team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA). Start at $16.50/hr with weekly pay and comprehensive training and support.

You will help clients live independently at home, providing personal care, companionship, and household assistance while enjoying scholarships, PTO, and flexible schedules. • Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred.
• Training and support provided to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients.
• Guide families in daily tasks (bathing, dressing) and offer companionship, while being compensated.
• No prior experience required—training and resources are provided to build confidence and success.
