Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking caregivers in California to provide in-home support services, helping with day-to-day activities, health care tasks, and personal care under a client care plan. The role emphasizes companionship, independence-building, and coordination with families and health resources.

Candidates should have a state-licensure/certification as required, BLS, and strong communication skills in English. A minimum of 18 years of age and computer proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required by state and/or program.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Current BLS Card.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate services between home, school, local health agency, and other community resources.
• Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
