BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate PCA- Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home care in Morganton, NC. You will support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship to help them live independently and comfortably.

Full training is provided, with flexible weekend and evening options. BAYADA emphasizes ongoing support, safety, and respect for clients and families in a regulated home health care setting.

Openings available in Morganton:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your Role:

1. PCA- Personal Care Assistant: Provide personal care, household support, and companionship to clients.


2. Care for Your Loved One: BAYADA will guide you in providing care for your family member, from daily tasks like bathing and dressing to offering companionship and support—all while being paid for your care.
