Job summary

Flagstar is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to support residents in a long-term care setting. This role offers flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, and weekends) and a pay rate of $19 per hour to start, with opportunities to earn PTO and referral bonuses.

As a PCA, you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, help with mobility and personal hygiene, and support residents to maintain independence in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation to the worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship with residents.
• Assist with mobility issues (get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.).
• Help with personal hygiene (teeth brushing, toileting, bathing).
• Assist with all daily activities based on resident needs and limitations.

Flagstar PCAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide companionship with the residents
• Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.

• Assist with all daily activities, based on the resident’s limitations and needs
