Penn State Health is seeking a PCA Float for the Nursing Resources team in Camp Hill, PA. This full‑time, 0.90 FTE position supports nursing staff and helps meet patient care needs on the unit. Day shifts with every other weekend work are included.

Under direction of a Registered Nurse, you will perform basic patient care and non‑professional tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety. Some shifts may require work at Hampden Medical Center.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required prior to orientation.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Under direction of a Registered Nurse, contributes to the basic patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patient. Actual job tasks may vary depending on the unit or department assigned.

In addition to Holy Spirit Medical Center, this position may be required to work at Hampden Medical Center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• BLS required prior to orientation completion. Must be obtained through Penn State Health or American Heart Association (AHA).

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with hospital personnel and patient populations
• Able to prioritize duties and work as a team member
