Care The Wright Way in Decatur, GA is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team serving Gwinnett County and Lawrenceville. This is a full-time weekday role, with up to 40 hours per week.

You will help seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, medication assistance, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to work weekdays full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work in Gwinnett County and Lawrenceville.
