Job summary

ModivCare in Henrietta, NY is seeking a Certified PCA/HHA to join our in‑home care team. Earn $18.65 per hour with the Caregiver Rewards Program and additional benefits as you support clients one‑on‑one in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, reminders for medications, and help keep living spaces safe. Flexible day shifts and weekend options available, with paid orientation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as NYS PCA or HHA is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Day shifts, weekdays and/or weekends available (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 9am-6pm).
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
