RES Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to support patients in their own homes in the Westbury area and throughout Suffolk and Nassau counties.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, personal care, companionship, and adherence to individualized care plans. Aide certification is required, with opportunities for training and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Certification as Personal Care Aide is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and personal care per each patient’s care plan.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Monitor patient safety and well-being, prevent accidents.
• Provide medication reminders as prescribed by plan.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
