Divine Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a PCA/CNA to support clients in Midlothian, Petersburg and Richmond, VA. The role includes assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping, with a weekend rotation every other weekend. Medication reminders and EVV documentation may be required.

The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and capable of maintaining accurate time records and reporting to a supervisor as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties: laundry, cleaning, organizing, straighten client area
• Help with medication reminders (no administration unless authorized).
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required).
• Monitor to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and time records (EVV if applicable).
