First Priority Home Care is seeking CNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in Winnsboro, SC, 29130. We are a client-driven company focused on empowering aging adults and supporting staff in purpose-driven work.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States; we cannot provide sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and other required screenings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with memory care practices and behavioral support strategies.
• Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming and personal hygiene, dressing and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Meal preparation and feeding (if needed).
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up client space, linens).
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
